Hello,

I am a student from Holland working on a project about the Atlas Blaeu. I need to organise an exhibition in Amsterdam and with that i need to attract people. My question is.. what kind of people (age, gender, occupation, nationality, etc) are interested in these kinds of exhibitions? I am trying to find out the target group so i can start my research of how attracting them.. I hope anyone can help me with this! Thank you.

Kind Regards,

If I had plans to be anywhere near Amsterdam at the time, I'd go. (I bought the Taschen book of Blaeu's Atlas Maior.)

Specific people to target: employees of mapping/GPS companies near the exhibition (DeLorme, TeleAtlas, Magellan, Garmin, etc)

People who've bought Atlas Maior (can you get that list from Taschen?) or who buy other historical maps or atlases.

      Stretching a little:

People who travel by car a lot for work. People heavily into history. People who buy old/antique books.
