Hi, I'm a recent graduate of the University of Chicago looking to move out to the San Francisco Bay Area. Does anyone know of any map-related jobs available?

Fri, July 7, 2006 - 2:07 PMDepending on your background, you could try Google, Yahoo, Trimble navigation, Autodesk (Mapguide), Weathernews.... There are some government jobs (cities, mostly, with a few at BART and the Metropolitan Transportation Commision (MTC).
Not a lot of retail-side, except Mervyn's and Safeway are based here, but those 2 might have something. Also Long's Drugs. Wells Fargo in the banking world, maybe.
What's your degree in? What's your work experience?
